Please read these terms carefully before enrolling
At the time of enrollment, one parent (father or mother) must take full responsibility for the student's overall conduct and progress. All updates, advancements, and relevant matters concerning the Academy will be shared with the designated parent, insha'Allah.
The utmost respect must be shown toward all teachers at all times. Any behavior that causes discomfort to a teacher or disrupts the learning environment is strictly unacceptable.
Every student is required to complete their daily assigned lessons. Even if lessons are covered during class, revision at home remains critically important.
Absence from class without prior permission from the Academy is not permitted. In the event of an absence, a valid reason must be communicated, and the student must resume classes accordingly.
Any academic or technical difficulties faced by a student must be addressed by contacting the Academy or the designated mentor promptly.
The foundation of a child's religious education begins at home. It is the responsibility of parents to cultivate and nurture their child's interest and enthusiasm toward learning the Quran.
A calm and distraction-free environment must be maintained during class hours. The use of anything that may disrupt focus or concentration is strictly prohibited.
Attending class on time is mandatory. Late arrivals disrupt the flow and continuity of the session for all participants.
Class links, recordings, or any educational materials must not be shared with others without explicit permission from the Academy.
In matters concerning academic progress, conduct, or violation of rules, the decision of the Academy shall be considered final and binding.
